Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree
    in accounting, economics, or finance;
  • 2-4 years of experience;
  • Professional level of English;
  • Advanced proficiency in
    Microsoft Excel, Experience with SAP systems;
  • A strong team player
    with a collaborative mindset;
  • Proactive
    with a positive attitude;
  • Analytically strong
    with a solid background in analysis;
  • Capable of working independently
    when needed;
  • Passionate about data
    , turning it into actionable insights and supporting business decisions through accurate and timely reporting;

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deliver
    regular and ad hoc reports to internal stakeholders (e.g., finance, operations, sales, senior management);
  • Gather and analyze
    business data from multiple sources to ensure report accuracy and consistency;
  • Collaborate with departments
    to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications;
  • Maintain and improve
    existing reporting structures, ensuring data quality, timeliness, and integrity;
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
    processes through data analysis;
  • Develop dashboards and data visualizations
    to improve clarity and usability of business insights;
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements
    in reporting workflows;
  • Ensure compliance
    with internal data governance policies and external regulations, where applicable;
  • Provide support and training
    to end users on report usage and basic data interpretation.
