Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the full bid and proposal process from start to finish leveraging the Smarttech247 bid management process and tools.
- Maintain up-to-date templates, content, standard responses, and supporting materials to streamline future bids.
- Track bid activity and results and provide insights to help improve win rates.
- Maintain weekly and monthly sales forecasts, ensuring accuracy and consistency across CRM systems.
- Monitor pipeline trends and highlight risks, gaps, and opportunities.
- Support sales leadership in KPI tracking and ongoing performance analysis.
- Maintain CRM data quality and support ongoing system improvements.
- Assist with territory planning, quota tracking, and compensation-related data.
- Support various sales operations projects as the business evolves.
Experience, Qualifications & Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar analytical role.
- Experience with bid or RFP management tools is an advantage.
- Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or technology industries is beneficial but not required.
- Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets and experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot, or similar) and BI tools
- Strong attention to detail, project management and the ability to manage multiple deadlines concurrently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong teamwork skills; able to collaborate effectively with colleagues across functions.
- A practical problem-solver who can work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
- Passionate about improving processes and learning new tools.
