Role Overview
We are looking for a
mid/senior Sales & Operations Officer
to support and scale our commercial and operational activities during our international expansion phase.
This role is remote-friendly, with the requirement to be
based in Bucharest
for periodic in-person collaboration and local events.
You will operate across
sales execution (out-reach strategies like LinkedIn messages, cold-calling, etc), operations, and business strategy
, owning and coordinating the
full sales lifecycle
and ensuring strong alignment between sales, delivery, and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Daily
- Prospect and research new clients via
LinkedIn, internal databases, and other sources - Get in touch with new/lead clients via outreach strategies such as cold-calling, LinkedIn direct messages, direct e-mails, etc
- Maintain and continuously improve
CRM and sales workflows (Notion) - Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams in ongoing sync meetings
- Prepare and organize sales materials (CVs, one-pagers, proposals, pitch decks)
- Monitor ongoing client engagements and ensure smooth handovers to delivery
Weekly
- Provide
structured sales insights
(pipeline updates, lead status, weekly reports)
- Coordinate and manage the
sales process end-to-end
, ensuring client requirements are fulfilled
- Support
marketing initiatives
(LinkedIn posts, announcements, newsletters)
- Assist with research for:
- Digital Business Growth initiatives
- Staff Augmentation & Dedicated Teams
- R&D and Custom Software Development requests
Contribute to
business and go-to-market strategy discussions
Monthly
- Create and maintain
monthly sales reports and dashboards - Support or organize
webinars and online events - Participate in
cross-functional planning and review meetings - Attend selected
industry events and meetups
Skills & Experience
- Mid/senior experience in
sales operations, business operations, or B2B sales support - Previous experience with outreach sales strategy (cold calling, multi-channel approach, strategic follow-up, automation, etc.)
- Strong ability to prepare and structure
project and client-related documentation - Experience with
CRM tools
(Notion is a strong advantage)
- Working knowledge of:
- Excel
- PowerPoint
- Google Workspace
(nice to have)
or any similar suite (eg: OneDrive)
- Exposure to
AI and productivity tools
(ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva, etc.)
- Strong proficiency in
LinkedIn
for prospecting and communication
- Fluent English
(spoken and written)
- Highly organized, analytical, and comfortable working cross-functionally
