Technical Sales Service

Căutăm un Specialist Tehnic Vânzări care să se alăture clientului nostru și să contribuie la succesul vânzărilor de piese de schimb pentru instalații din industria metalurgică, în România și în țările adiacente (ocazional). Se va lucra hibrid de la biroul din București, zona Pipera dar cu vizite recurente la clienții existenți în portofoliu.
Scopul rolului:
- Vânzarea de piese de schimb și echipamente, inclusiv pentru prese, laminoare, forje și consumabile.
- Vizite în fabrici pentru a înțelege nevoile clienților și a construi relații solide.
- Colaborarea cu Account Managerii/persoane tehnicede la companiile deja prestabilite. Echipamentele/piesele se vând de la sine, dar e necesar acest om pentru a menține relația cu clienții.
Responsabilități:
- Dezvoltarea și executarea planurilor strategice pentru creșterea volumului de vânzare al pieselor de schimb.
- Servirea ca legătură tehnică între clienți și echipele de inginerie.
- Prezentarea propunerilor tehnice, cotațiilor de preț și termenelor de livrare.
- Gestionarea ciclurilor complete de comandă: ofertare, înregistrare, urmărire.
- Monitorizarea nivelurilor de stoc și implementarea strategiilor de optimizare.
- Organizarea instruirilor tehnice pentru clienți privind piesele de schimb.
- Coordonarea echipelor de proiect pentru aprovizionarea cu piese în timpul modernizărilor.
Cerințe:
- Diplomă universitară în domeniul tehnic.
- Cunoștințe tehnice solide despre echipamente metalurgice și procese de vânzare (minim 3 ani).
- Abilitați de comunicare, negociere și management de proiect.
- Cunoștințe de limba engleză la nivel intermediar/avansat.
- Disponibilitate de călătorie (până la 50% din timp).
