Indirect Buyer, Oradea Plant

For our client, a production multinational company, we are looking for an Indirect Buyer in Oradea.
A. Minimum 2aEUR"3 years of experience in indirect procurement or purchasing.
A. Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, or related field.
A. Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
A. Good command of English (written and spoken).
A. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
A. Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
A. Manage procurement of indirect materials, consumables, tools, spare parts, and services.
A. Develop and maintain relationships with local and international suppliers.
A. Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to achieve the best total cost of ownership.
A. Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures.
A. Monitor supplier performance (quality, delivery, responsiveness) and initiate corrective actions when necessary.
A. Work closely with internal stakeholders (Production, Maintenance, Quality, Finance) to identify and fulfill operational needs.
A. Maintain accurate purchase records and supplier data in the ERP system (SAP).
A. Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
