Role Summary:

Responsible for managing the payroll team and payroll activities for a subset of countries within a sub- region.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assists in the development of payroll procedures.
• Ensures all government reporting requirements for payroll taxes, withholding and employer contributions.
• Trains, develops and evaluates payroll team members.
• Receives assignments in the form of objectives with goals and the process by which to meet goals.
• Acts as subject matter expert for payroll legislation and taxes in all countries they manage.
• Reconciles complex payroll matters using advanced excel skills, formulas and macros.
• Reconciles and signs off on payroll completion for countries they manage.

What You'll Bring:

• Degree or equivalent and / or relevant qualification
• Significant and varied experience in the appropriate specialist HR area
• Significant people management and leadership experience
• Knowledge of the relationship between functions within the company
