Role Summary:
Responsible for managing the payroll team and payroll activities for a subset of countries within a sub- region.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assists in the development of payroll procedures.
- Ensures all government reporting requirements for payroll taxes, withholding and employer contributions.
- Trains, develops and evaluates payroll team members.
- Receives assignments in the form of objectives with goals and the process by which to meet goals.
- Acts as subject matter expert for payroll legislation and taxes in all countries they manage.
- Reconciles complex payroll matters using advanced excel skills, formulas and macros.
- Reconciles and signs off on payroll completion for countries they manage.
What You'll Bring:
- Degree or equivalent and / or relevant qualification
- Significant and varied experience in the appropriate specialist HR area
- Significant people management and leadership experience
- Knowledge of the relationship between functions within the company
