Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Analyst to join our People Operations team. This role is pivotal in delivering a consistent and high-quality onboarding experience for new hires across Finastra's global locations. Acting as the primary point of contact for candidates from offer acceptance to Day 1, the HR Analyst ensures timely communication, accurate documentation, and adherence to standardized processes.

In addition to onboarding, the role supports broader HR operational activities including data management, compliance monitoring, and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of employee experience.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

  • Act as the primary touch point for global candidates throughout their onboarding journey from signing the offer to Day 1.
  • Address candidate queries regarding their onboarding experience with empathy and clarity.
  • Use standardized procedures and processes to ensure consistency across all global Finastra locations.
  • Create and issue contracts and other hire documentation using approved templates.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
  • Support process improvements and automation initiatives within HR operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of HR processes.
  • Provide informal guidance to new team members and support knowledge sharing.
  • Convert complex data into clear business information and anticipate obstacles to information flow.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably within a shared services environment.
  • Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to address queries clearly and empathetically.
  • Hands-on experience with HR ERP systems such as Workday and case management tools like ServiceNow.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on employee experience and problem-solving.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Adaptable to changing priorities and evolving processes; resilient under pressure.
  • Collaborative team player who actively seeks feedback and opportunities for self-development.
