Suntem in cautarea unui Store Manager pentru echipa noastra din locatia Sabon aflata in Mega Mall Bucuresti.

Candidatul pe care îl căutăm vrem să aibă:

  • Experiență de cel puțin 3 ani în domeniul comerțului cu amănuntul si de cel puțin 1 an ca șef magazin;
  • Pasiune pentru frumusețe cu o abordare foarte comercială a vânzărilor, a produselor, a mărfurilor;
  • Abilitate de a lucra sub presiune și de a respecta termene limită;
  • Abilitate de a planifica, organiza și prioritiza munca;
  • Abilitate de a lua decizii și de a rezolva probleme;
  • Experiență în gestionarea și supravegherea persoanelor;
  • Rezultate demonstrabile;
  • Atitudine pozitivă;
  • Comunicare excelentă (scrisă și verbală) și abilități interpersonale;
  • Spirit de echipă;
  • Atitudine proactivă.

Pentru a reuși să:

  • Supravegheze și să organizeze magazinul;
  • Garanteze menținerea unor standarde înalte de experiență a clienților în cadrul magazinului, în conformitate cu standardele de servicii ale companiei;
  • Analizeze tendințele, analizeze și reacționeze la principalii indicatori de performanță;
  • Conducă și motiveze echipa pentru realizarea și depășirea obiectivelor;
  • Recruteze, instruiască, îndrume, supravegheze și evalueze echipa magazinului;
  • Implementeze standardele Visual Merchandising & Marketing;
  • Gestioneze nivelul stocului în magazin utilizând sistemul de comandă;
  • Să se conformeze tuturor procedurilor operaționale
