Căutăm un manager de magazin care să se alăture echipei noastre

PRINCIPALELE TALE RESPONSABILITĂȚI:

Subordonat managerului de district, vei fi responsabil pentru gestionarea generală a magazinului tău. Rolul tău va fi să te asiguri că obiectivele de vânzări sunt depășite, că serviciile pentru clienți sunt la cele mai înalte standarde și că imaginea magazinului este impecabilă. Veți fi responsabil de conducerea și motivarea echipei dvs. și de menținerea unei atmosfere active și prietenoase.

  • Planificarea, implementarea și monitorizarea activităților necesare pentru atingerea și depășirea obiectivelor de vânzări.

  • Analizarea și revizuirea indicatorilor de gestiune și de cost în vederea optimizării acestora.

  • Cunoașterea colecției, controlul și gestionarea stocurilor pentru a maximiza vânzările.

  • Colaborarea cu echipa, fiind un model de urmat și promovând comunicarea eficientă în cadrul echipei.

  • Recrutarea, formarea și asigurarea unei integrări excelente a noilor angajați.

  • Conducerea și motivarea echipei, asigurându-se că dezvoltă potențialul angajaților.

  • Planificarea, organizarea, prioritizarea și alocarea sarcinilor, optimizarea resurselor și minimizarea costurilor.
