As a Specialty Gases Manager, you will make a valuable contribution to an international, successful, and financially stable company.

Responsibilities

Special Gas Division leadership.

· Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are fully accomplished.

· Monitoring performance at all levels and scheduling training as required.

· Maintain and building high professional relationships with staff and clients.

· Oversee day-to-day operations, monitor weekly performance goals, and ensure their completion, and accomplish his/her own goals.

· Achieve objectives for sales and profitability.

· Enforce all policies, procedures, standards, applications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values.

· Adhere to company standards for excellence and quality.

· Seek opportunities for business expansion and growth.

Provide guidance and feedback to help colleagues reinforce specific knowledge

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in chemistry or related field.

  • Strong knowledge of sales principles and practices.
  • Intuitive and persevering spirit, good organizer and communicator, ability to think clearly and to be creative, ability in team building and team leadership, balanced and consistent.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues as well as ability to manage multiple tasks and meeting deadlines, strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Full professional proficiency in spoken and written English, additional languages are a plus.
