For Preh Romania Automotive Technologies (Ghimbav location) we are looking for a:

PRODUCT COST CONTROLLER

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Performs product cost analysis, reviews variances and investigates causes;

Prepares reports for the products profitability (budget/target/actual) and analyzes the trends accurately;

Participates in the cost down projects and supports with the required data;

Tracks the plausibility and consistency checks for the product cost and manages the cost errors;

Assists the Procurement in fixing the target purchase price for the outsourced products and prepares the profitability analysis in case of outsourcing;

Participates in the operative Planning (Budget) and Forecasts activities;

Analyzes the financial data and supports in the preparation of financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, others) and strategic reports on company level;

Prepares monthly presentations of the financial figures;

Supports Accounting in preparation of the financial audit;

Ensures the compliance to SOX for sales processes.

YOUR PROFILE

University degree in Accounting or Business Administration;

At least 2-3 years experience in a manufacturing environment with an understanding of standard costs ( preferably from the Automotive industry);

Good knowledge of IFRS, RAS and Cost Accounting;

Understand the dynamics of procurement, production and sales, the interdependencies of these activities and how they impact profitability;

Excellent communication, organization, and problem solving skills;

Structured and analytical with a thorough mindset;

Numerical and budgeting skills;

Ability to work both independently and in multidisciplinary teams;

Strong PC skills (SAP, Word, Excel and PowerPoint);

Fluent in written and spoken English.
