, quality is at the very heart of everything we deliver. As a Senior Quality Engineer, you'll make an impact by improving our processes, supporting new product introductions, and ensuring our customers receive solutions that exceed expectations.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will:

  • Monitor and improve production processes to meet and sustain quality standards
  • Lead root cause analysis and implement effective corrective/preventive actions
  • Support NPI projects by validating prototypes, pre-series, and customer approvals (PPAP)
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methods
  • Analyze KPIs, identify trends, and implement solutions to enhance performance
  • Provide technical support for customer complaints, audits, and quality-related requests.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who shares our passion for quality and continuous improvement. We hope that you bring with you experience from a similar field. That you enjoy getting to the root of problems, turning insights into practical solutions, and working with others to make a real impact.

We imagine that you bring:

  • Experience in quality engineering within manufacturing/industrial environments
  • Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and control plans
  • Skills in root cause analysis methods (8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa)
  • Lean/Six Sigma knowledge and mindset
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
