HR Global Specialist

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a HR related field;
  • Previous experience using HR Learning platforms (e.g. SuccessFactors);
  • Good organizing, team work, communication and problem solving skills;
  • Good negotiation skills;
  • Pro-active & results - oriented attitude with a good eye for detail;
  • English knowledge - advanced level;
  • German knowledge is a plus;
  • SAP, MS Office knowledge, Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate

Responsibilities:

  • Design and launch training and other learning materials for employees (onboarding, leadership development, skills training);
  • Deliver engaging training sessions and manage self-paced learning resources via our LMS platform;
  • Create and manage graphic content for internal and external channels;
  • Participating in projects and events within the Human Resources area to raise of employee engagement through EBR initiatives.
