Your day at NTT DATA
The Talent Sourcing Partner plays a critical role in identifying and engaging top talent to support the organization's hiring needs. This role focuses on proactive sourcing strategies, building strong talent pipelines, and partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure timely and effective talent delivery. Our colleague will be instrumental in driving strategic sourcing initiatives and enhancing the employer brand across various channels. Key responsibilities:
  • Identifying, attracting, and engaging passive and active candidates for job openings. 
  • Building talent pipelines. 
  • Creating and maintaining pools of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. 
  • Working with recruiters and hiring managers to help optimise sourcing efforts.
  • Working with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements
  • Performs any other related task as required.
To thrive in this role, you need to have:
  • Good knowledge of principles and practices related to talent acquisition sourcing and hiring.
  • Proficient in sourcing skills and advisory skills. 
  • Knowledge of local employment laws and recent practice of compliance activities related to talent acquisition.
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English plus German or French.
  • The ability to communicate effectively and concisely with candidates at the beginning of the recruitment process.
  • Good interpersonal skills, high level of tact, diplomacy and confidentiality.
