As a
Technical Sourcing Recruiter
you will be joining the supportive team to recruit the best talent for one of our global technical client.

What you will do
:

  • Collaborate with the Talent Advisors and Hiring Managers to understand the requirements of each open role
  • Source & screen & application management for the best talent & find the best - able to adapt techniques to different roles and be able to source using various channels
  • Conducting phone or video call screening calls
  • Shortlisting candidates
  • Guiding the hiring community through the hiring process by sharing market data and trends
  • Meeting with the hiring managers in a regular basis
  • Interact with candidates and focus on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity
  • Attending weekly calls/catch ups with the hiring managers to share updates regarding the sourcing process

What we would like you to have
:

  • Professional level of
    English
    is a must
  • Experience in recruitment/sourcing is a must
  • Previous experience in the
    IT/Engineering
    recruitment industry
  • Being autonomous, proactive and do not afraid to ask questions
  • Experience in ATS system is a plus
  • Strong and confident communication skills
  • Confident approach - able to stand in front of demanding hiring community
  • Autonomous, proactive, organized, dynamic, and curious attitude
  • Good at time management
