Suntem in cautarea unui nou coleg pentru postul de Marketing Manager care sa coordoneze departamentul de Email Marketing. Iata ce presupune rolul:

Cunoastere. Maturitate. Abilități

  • Min 2 ani experienta pe o pozitie similara;
  • Min 4 ani experienta in domeniul Email Marketing;
  • Cunostinte avansate de segmentare, marketing automation si platforme de CRM;
  • Intelegerea indicatorilor de marketing in concordanta cu businessul clientului;
  • Experienta bugetelor de marketing;
  • Familiaritatea cu una sau toate dintre platformele de email marketing folosite in departament: The Marketer, Klaviyo, Salesforce;
  • Se considera un plus: experienta intr-o agentie de marketing digital, limba engleza fluent si cunostinte SEO & PPC;

Strategie:

  • Conceperea si implementarea strategiei departamentelor de Email Marketing;
  • Participarea la dezvoltarea strategiei de email marketing a clientilor din portofoliu;
  • Conceperea si implementarea unui calendar integrat pentru clienții din portofoliu;
  • Colaborarea cu departamentele conexe (Performance, Data) pentru a avea abordare integrată a marketingului și a atinge obiectivele companiei;

Project Management:

  • Gestionarea si solutionarea situatiilor deosebite in proiecte (blocaje,probleme, etc);
  • Monitorizarea si raportarea orelor lucrate in echipa versus orele facturate;
  • Raportare cu privire la rezultatele clientilor;

Management de Echipa:

  • Coordonarea a echipei de email marketing;
  • Suport tehnic si de strategie pentru colegii din echipa pe proiectele pe care intampina dificultati;
  • Coordonarea si monitorizarea operatiunilor zilnice;

Comunicare:

  • Asigurarea unei bune comunicari cu clientii din portofoliu;
  • Capacitatea de a asculta activ si de a identifica nevoia clientului, cat si a membrilor din echipa;
  • Capacitatea de a comunica clar strategia departamentului si stabilirea de obiective cu membrii echipei;

Financiar:

  • Monitorizarea si administrarea cheltuielilor si veniturilor pe departament (P&L);

Sales:

  • Participarea la pitch-uri si conceperea de strategii pentru potentialii clienti;
  • Dezvoltarea de pachete de servicii in functie de maturitatea businessurilor;
  • Cresterea vizibilitatii departamentului prin diverse actiuni;

Innovation:

  • Identificarea de noi solutii de email marketing & social media, way of working sau overlap cu alte departamente;
