Cela inclut le développement d'une stratégie marketing localisée pour la modalité, en coordination avec l'équipe internationale dédiée à la modalité, ainsi que son exécution au niveau local. Le rôle couvre l'ensemble des segments de la modalité CT.
Le poste implique également la gestion d'une équipe de spécialistes commerciaux de la modalité, chargés de la vente de celle-ci dans leur zone respective, ainsi que l'expertise technique apportée par les spécialistes commerciaux.

The Modality Manager CT (Computed Tomography) defines and executes the overall CT strategy in FBFA, part of the International Region, to deliver the operational plan. They have direct responsibility and accountability over positioning, pricing and profitability for the modality in order to drive growth in terms of market share, orders, revenues, margin and customer satisfaction.
This includes the development of a localized marketing strategy for the modality, in coordination with the International Modality Team and its execution at the local level. Role includes coverage of all CT segments.
The role manages a team of Modality Sales specialists in charge of selling their modality in their given area, and Modality expertise through Sales Specialists.Job Description

Développer et exécuter la stratégie commerciale afin d'atteindre les objectifs trimestriels et annuels en termes de commandes, de revenus et de marge.
Coordonner étroitement aux niveaux LCT et MCT pour garantir une prévision alignée et une exécution efficace du business pour la modalité CT.
Définir la stratégie locale du portefeuille CT dans le cadre défini par l'équipe internationale, incluant la tarification, le positionnement et la gestion des configurations.
Communiquer efficacement avec les équipes commerciales, service et marketing pour maximiser le potentiel de vente et transmettre les opportunités aux collègues concernés.
Relations clients : Établir et entretenir des relations solides et durables avec les parties prenantes du secteur de la santé, notamment les hôpitaux, les cabinets de radiologie et les centres d'imagerie.
Veiller à la connaissance et au respect des politiques de l'entreprise et des processus qualité.
Maintenir un système qualité efficace, conforme à toutes les normes et réglementations applicables.
Se conformer pleinement aux réglementations locales en matière de santé, sécurité et environnement (EHS) ainsi qu'aux exigences de GEHC.
Participer aux activités EHS pour contribuer à des conditions de travail plus sûres, protéger sa propre santé et sécurité ainsi que celle des autres travailleurs, du public et de l'environnement.
Marketing :
Analyser et suivre le marché local (besoins, concurrence, prix, parts de marché, etc.).
Croissance du marché : Identifier et développer des opportunités pour accroître la part de marché, les commandes et les revenus.
Suivre efficacement le marché et fournir des données actuelles et prévisionnelles précises à l'aide des outils d'information disponibles.
Communiquer efficacement les informations du marché vers et depuis le terrain, y compris les données sur la concurrence.
Être responsable de la transmission des informations pertinentes sur le marché à l'équipe marketing internationale CT.
En tant qu'interface entre la zone/marché et le marketing international, définir la stratégie marketing avec l'équipe internationale CT (segmentation client et cibles, campagnes, salons, prix, produits, outils de vente, etc.) et la communiquer à la force de vente.
Management d'équipe :
Diriger des équipes transverses pour orchestrer les affaires et les plans à long terme.
Coordonner, coacher et apporter un soutien relationnel client aux spécialistes commerciaux relevant de sa responsabilité.
Garantir le bon niveau de compétences des spécialistes commerciaux via des formations sur l'offre produits, la tarification, la satisfaction client, etc.
Définir les priorités clients : clients ciblés, démonstrations produits, visites de sites et suivi.
Coordonner les réponses aux appels d'offres et valider la documentation associée en collaboration avec les Account Managers Radiologie et les Executive Account Managers.
Ce que vous devez avoir
Expérience significative et résultats probants dans un poste commercial/marketing dans le secteur Medtech souhaités ; expérience dans la vente de produits d'imagerie CT indispensable.
Expérience en marketing appréciée.
Connaissances techniques minimales requises en imagerie par rayons X.
Connaissances cliniques appréciées.
Capacité à penser de manière stratégique.

Main Responsabilities:
Sales:
Develop and execute Sales strategy to meet quarterly and annual targets for orders, revenues, and margin
Strongly coordinates at LCT & MCT levels to ensure aligned forecast & business execution for the modality
Define the local modality portfolio strategy within the International framework, including pricing, positioning and configuration management
Sets Communicates effectively with members of sales, service and marketing team to maximize all sales potential and communicate leads to relevant colleagues.
Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with healthcare stakeholders, including hospitals, radiology practices, and imaging centers
Ensure knowledge of and compliance with Company policies and quality processes.
Maintain effective Quality System compliant with all applicable standards and regulations.
Fully comply with EHS local regulations and GEHC requirements.
Be involved in EHS activities to contribute for safer working conditions, to protect your own Health and Safety as well as that of other workers, the public and the environment
Marketing:
Analyze and follow up of local market (needs, competition, prices, share etc.)
Market Growth: Identify and cultivate leads to grow market share and increase orders & revenues
Track market effectively and provide accurate current and forecast data using information tools available
Communicate market information effectively to/from the field including competitor data.
Responsible for transmitting appropriate market information to the International MI Marketing team
As the interface between Zone/Market and International marketing, they define the marketing strategy with the International Modality team (Customer Segmentation & targets, campaigns, exhibitions, prices, products, sales tools, etc.) and communicates to the sales force.
Team Management:
Lead cross-functional teams to orchestrate deals and long-term plans
Coordinates, coaches, provides Customer relationship support to sales specialists rep reporting to him/her
Ensure right level of Sales Specialists Competencies thru trainings in on products offering, Pricing, customer satisfaction, etc.
Set Customer priorities: targeted customers, product demonstration, site visits and follow up
Coordinates tender responses and validations of tender documentation in collaboration with Imaging Radiology Account Managers and Executive Account Managers
What you need to have
Extensive experience & proven track record in a sales/marketing position in Medtech is desired, and mandatory to have experience selling CT Imaging products.
Marketing experience appreciated
A minimum level of technical knowledge and understanding of Xray Imaging is required
Clinical knowledge is a plus
