We are hiring
We're looking for a proactive, dynamic, professional to handle our office operations in Bucharest. The person we seek is an enthusiastic about the craft beer industry, a team player, has previous experience in the administrative areas, preferably primary accounting, invoicing, controlling, bank settlements.
FMCG experience is a plus, however not mandatory.
We are rather looking for a desire to perform and learn
, as well as experience and a positive attitude towards solving
daily
tasks.
This candidate will be focused, able to work with objectives, have strong communication skills and have a demonstrated ability to execute simultaneously different tasks.
Responsibilities
- Handle invoices/different reports on a daily basis
- Prepare documents for accounting department (cash registry, suppliers, accounts payables, etc)
- Manage online/KA/Horeca customers' orders
- Provide administrative support for the commercial team
- Communicate with suppliers, responsible for company purchases of materials
- Communication with brewery/customers/ accounting/sales and marketing
Qualifications needed
- Can do/positive attitude
- Primary Accounting knowledge/experience
- Strong Computer skills
(Excel, Word, Database, Invoicing,
CRM/ERP/Saga are a major +
) - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, planning and organising
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years previous experience
- Focused, goal-oriented able to handle different tasks
- Team player
- Ambitious and perseverant
- Interested in learning and using Ai.
