We are building a team of 3 Senior Engineers (1 Lead Back-End, 1 Senior Back-end and 1 Front-

End) to design, develop, and maintain digital products that bring together a global community of construction set collectors through a vibrant online marketplace.

As our
Lead Engineer
, you will help shape the overall architecture, mentor a talented senior team, and deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multi-location environment. This role combines leadership and technical depth, with opportunities to influence design decisions, coach peers, and guide a complex replatforming initiative.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute with hands-on design, development, and maintenance of web applications.
  • Take ownership of the team's projects and responsibility for delivering value.
  • Lead and mentor team members, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Actively participate in the refinement, estimation, and planning of tasks.
  • Ensure strong collaboration between teams and team members across all locations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience
  • Leadership experience (formal or informal)
  • C# 12 or newer
  • .NET Core services and libraries, Minimal APIs
  • AWS
  • Infrastructure as Code (CDK or Terraform)
  • Application architecture experience: SOLID / CA / DDD
  • Microservices
  • Loosely coupled systems + Event-driven architectures
  • OAuth2.0 + OIDC
  • GitHub
  • Relational or Non-relational Databases
  • C4 Model for documentation
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
