YOUR TASKS
We are looking for a forward-thinking Project Manager with global responsibility to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong business acumen with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and exceptional interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will help drive complex, cross-regional initiatives while collaborating closely with stakeholders at all levels. We're seeking someone who not only manages projects effectively but also contributes positively to team culture and organizational momentum.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate global multifunctional teams in order to achieve project goals
• Translate business objectives into clear project plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes, drive the team to achieve the objectives
• Facilitate communication and alignment across regions, cultures, and time zones keeping all contributors focused on facts and objectives
• Identify risks and challenges early, and propose constructive, actionable solutions.
• Influence peers (Sales, Purchasing, Operations) and stakeholders (internal&external) through strong communication, transparency, and credibility.
• Support continuous improvement in processes, collaboration, and project governance.
• Ensure that project decisions reflect business priorities and customer value

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of project management experience in an international environment.
• Track record of leading cross-functional or cross-regional projects.
• Familiarity with common project management frameworks (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid).
• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
• Excellent English; additional languages are an asset.
