We are looking for an experienced
Contract Manager, for a global infrastructure company,
to strengthen their site team and ensure effective commercial and contractual control throughout the project lifecycle.

This role is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys working on complex infrastructure projects and wants to take ownership of claims, variations, subcontract management, and client interface.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage contract administration, notices, correspondence, and commercial risk.
  • Prepare monthly statements, valuations, and support interim/final payment processes.
  • Identify, prepare, and submit
    claims, variations, and EOT requests
    .
  • Support the project team with accurate records, measurements, and contractual guidance.
  • Administer subcontractor agreements: valuations, liabilities, progress, and claims.
  • Maintain strong relationships with the Employer, Engineer, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, QS, Construction, or similar.
  • 8+ years in contract management on major infrastructure/EPC projects (rail experience is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of
    FIDIC
    conditions.
  • Proven experience in claims and variation preparation.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work on-site in Timișoara.
  • Romanian & English - mandatory
