Business Functional Analyst – Requirements Engineer

DB Global Technology is Deutsche Bank's technology centre in Central and Eastern Europe. Requirements Engineer is responsible for solution design as a whole in complex project environments (e.g., transformational programs).

Responsibilities:

• Identifying the full range of business requirements and translating requirements into specific functional specifications for solution development and implementation

• Analyzing business requirements and the associated impacts of the changes

• Designing and assisting businesses in developing optimal target state business processes

• Creating and executing against roadmaps that focus on solution development and implementation

• Answering questions of methodological approach with varying levels of complexity

• Aligning with other key stakeholder groups (such as Project Management & Software Engineering) to support the link between the business divisions and the solution providers for all aspects of identifying, implementing, and maintaining solutions

Skills:

• Broad experience (also practical) in requirements engineering for large-scale IT solutions as part of scrum teams (working directly with the engineers)

• Broad experience (also practical) in detailing and creation of User Stories as well as concepts and specifications for agile delivery teams

• Good analytical and communication skills, strong independence and initiative, ability to work in agile delivery teams

• Knowledge of Retail Banking IT (e.g., Frontends & Channels and Cloud Knowhow)

• Experience in API design (swagger definition) and data mapping

• Strong background in systems integrations based on data-driven API's

• Good experience working with diagrams like Use Case Diagrams, BPMN diagrams, Flowcharts, Data Flow Diagrams, State Diagrams

• Hands on in creating test scenarios for Test-Driven Development

• A passion for constantly learning in a constantly evolving environment

• Fluent in spoken and written English, nice to have German at B1 level or higher
