We are looking for:

We are seeking a IFS Functional Analyst to ensure the successful execution of the ERP transformation strategy, supporting process alignment and improvement across the organization.

What you will do:

  • Analyse current ("As-Is") business processes and develop future ("To-Be") processes.
  • Gather functional requirements and translate them into clear specifications.
  • Support system testing, validation, and data analysis activities.
  • Deliver training and guidance to super-users and other stakeholders.
  • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and coaching.
  • Maintain documentation, including training guides and process manuals.
  • Monitor issues and risks, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
  • Contribute to global ERP projects, including integration, onboarding, and system sunset activities.

What you must have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
  • Strong knowledge of ERP platforms (e.g. IFS, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Experience working as a Functional Consultant or Business Analyst in ERP implementation projects
  • Proven experience in configuring, deploying, and supporting ERP systems
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Fluent in English and French
