About the Role

We are seeking a talented
Financial Controller
to join our supportive and friendly team The ideal candidate needs to be passionate about Controlling & Finance and have solid experience as a Controlling Business Partner in an industrial environment. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, budget management, constant cost-improvement and compliance with financial regulations, while providing strategic insights and maintaining robust internal control.

You're a Great Fit If You:

• 5 years of experience in financial operations, with at least 2 years dedicated to plant controlling within a complex industrial environment - including costing and controlling of inventory;

  
  
• University degree in Accounting or Finance related field;
• Advanced written & spoken English, German is a plus;
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS office tools;
• Experience with Power BI is a plus;
• Experience in working with SAP;
• Good analytical, problem-solving and attention to detail skill.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Being part of the Controlling-Team performing monthly closing and providing reporting and cash-flow planning to the global headquarter.

• Being a Controlling Business-Partner for dedicated functional areas such as operations, logistic, purchasing, IT, HR & administration including:

• Creating reports for the local Management-team

• Annual planning and forecasting

• Budget tracking

• Performing ROI/MoB-calculation and preparing corresponding decision templates for local and global management team

• Project Controlling

• COGM (cost of goods manufactured) - calculation

• Inventory-controlling

• Constantly improve local CO-processes and methods.
