To complete our European HR team and support our growth, we are looking for a
Talent Sourcing Specialist
. If you want to learn more about Human Resources - Recruitment and be part of a fun team, this is the perfect opportunity. As a Talent Sourcing Specialist you will get the chance to learn and gain hands-on experience on Talent Acquisition while working alongside HR professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Talent Acquisition team in their day to day activities;
  • Actively searching for talents on job boards;
  • Screening based on predefined criteria;
  • Interview scheduling and follow-ups for shortlisted candidates;
  • Maintaining records and status for each candidate;
  • Handling, processing and organizing documents for our candidates' database;
  • Handling HR Communications – HR Newsletters;
  • Working with large database and with different interfaces;
  • Posting job announcements on different recruiting platforms;

Required skillset:

  • Previous relevant experience/internship - this will help you but is not mandatory;
  • Fluency in English; German, French, Spanish or Italian is a plus;
  • Good communication skills and attention to details;
  • Planning and organizing skills;
