We are seeking an SAP ERP Data & Infrastructure Expert with strong expertise in managing SAP data and integrating it into modern data architectures. This role requires deep technical knowledge of SAP ERP (modules, processes, configuration) as well as skills in designing, building, and optimizing ETL processes for analytics and reporting. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that support the company's business and analytics objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize SAP ERP data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes into various data platforms.
  • Configure and maintain SAP ERP modules, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Analyze business processes and propose SAP ERP solutions integrated with the overall data architecture.
  • Design and develop optimized data models for reporting and analytics using SAP BW and SAP Datasphere.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering and Business Intelligence teams to integrate SAP data with external sources.
  • Participate in upgrades, migrations, and modernization projects for SAP infrastructure.
  • Monitor ETL performance and implement optimizations.
  • Document configurations, data flows, and implemented architectures.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in SAP ERP administration and configuration (relevant modules: FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, or others).
  • Solid knowledge of SAP data integration and migration to analytics environments.
  • Experience with SAP BW, SAP Datasphere, and data warehousing concepts.
  • Hands-on experience in building and optimizing ETL/ELT pipelines.
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a plus.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for complex data and performance issues.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams.
  • SAP certifications are a plus.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Databricks.
  • Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud or other data visualization tools.
  • Experience in solution architecture and data infrastructure design.
  • Background in project management or leading technical teams.
