Junior) Media Accounting/Controlling Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • You are the "missing link" between our account management and finance team and help ensure a frictionless planning and invoicing workflow
  • Support our planning team by entering data into our internal media system (DAP Media Line)
  • Manage Purchase orders, create overviews of budgets and their approval status as well as planned vs. actual spending
  • Help ensure timely invoicing
  • Provide the data basis for Monitoring revenue and growth targets
  • Direct point of contact on invoicing matters for colleagues and clients (at the moment no client contact)

Requirements:

  • B.A. in economics, finance, accounting, controlling or comparable
  • Analytical and commercial mindset, working independently and very accurately
  • Interest in digital marketing
  • Mastery of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Advanced English (optional: German) language skills
