Role Overview
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a skilled
AI Solutions Engineer
to join their global Centre of Excellence focused on
Agentic AI Services
. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy intelligent agent architectures that bring cutting-edge AI innovations into real-world enterprise environments.

Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams in research, product development, and engineering to prototype and scale AI-driven systems that deliver measurable impact. Your work will span from prompt optimization and LLM fine-tuning to secure system integration and cloud deployment across Azure, AWS, or GCP. This is a hands-on role at the forefront of

, combining creativity, deep technical expertise, and a passion for experimentation to push the limits of what AI can achieve.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI-powered solutions tailored to diverse enterprise challenges.
• Fine-tune and optimize large language models (LLMs) such as GPT-4 and open-source alternatives.
• Engineer and refine prompts for reliability, accuracy, and contextual consistency.
• Prototype and build advanced AI applications using Python and related frameworks.
• Develop and integrate secure APIs connecting AI services with enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, etc.).
• Build and maintain data pipelines ensuring robust and consistent input for AI models.
• Manage structured and unstructured data using vector databases and semantic search technologies.
• Scale AI solutions using Azure, AWS, or GCP, optimizing for performance and cost efficiency.
• Apply DevOps/MLOps best practices for deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management of AI models.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards (GDPR, HIPAA) and mitigate ethical AI risks.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive intelligent automation and deliver business outcomes.
• Document technical architectures, implementation procedures, and project workflows.
• Contribute to internal frameworks, reusable assets, and best practice documentation.
• Stay informed of emerging AI trends, tools, and frameworks to maintain technical excellence.
• Leverage Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and Semantic Kernel to enhance agentic performance and orchestration.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• 57 years of professional experience designing and deploying AI/ML solutions in enterprise contexts.
• Hands-on expertise in Python (including AI libraries and frameworks), prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning.
• Proven experience developing secure, scalable APIs and integrating AI systems within enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated success in delivering AI pilots, proof-of-concepts, and production-grade solutions.
• Deep understanding of AI, NLP, and machine learning principles.
• Experience working with LLMs/SLMs (e.g., GPT series or open-source equivalents).
• Knowledge of vector databases, semantic search, and data engineering pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and their AI ecosystems.
• Practical experience implementing DevOps/MLOps methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to scalability, reliability, and security.
• Experience working in agile delivery environments and client-facing technical projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across technical and business teams.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications such as Azure AI Engineer Associate, Data Scientist Associate, or Power Platform Fundamentals.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and Semantic Kernel.
• Exposure to full-stack development or frontend integration (JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or C#).
• Knowledge of AI governance, model evaluation, and responsible AI practices.
• Ability to translate business strategies into scalable AI architectures.
• Strong project management, analytical, and documentation skills.
