ROLE:

  • The sales and trade marketing is responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, driving sales, and identifying growth opportunities across assigned accounts. Implement trade marketing to increase brand visibility.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate and assist distributors new sales efforts (i.e. listing new clients, negotiate with the new clients, inventory management supervision etc.);
  • Monitors clients` orders and stock levels;
  • Presents and directly promotes the products to potential and existing clients;
  • Continuously researches the market to identify new clients and increase the market share of the products in the assigned area;
  • Maintains constant communication with existing clients to ensure their loyalty;
  • Identify any complain/problem from each PoS in your geography and solve the issues;
  • Collect Customer, HORECA and Distributor feedback;
  • Collect information about competition movements;
  • Implements marketing activities, including the use of promotional materials for products/brands.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED OR PREFERRED:

We prefer our ideal candidate to have the following experience:

  • BA is a must;
  • Extracurricular experience is a must (volunteer in a student organization should do it);

  • 3 years experience in Sales HIGH HoReCa is a plus;


  • Experience in HoReCa with Alternative Products in Bucharest is a plus;
  • International experience is a plus (Erasmus, exchange, internship etc.);
  • MS Office is a must;
  • Driving License is a must (B);
  • Language Required: Romanian, English.
