Ce vei face in acest rol? Iata responsabilitatile:

Reprezinta banca ING in relatia directa cu clientii in vederea rezolvarii situatiei financiare;

Asigura:

generarea si primirea de apeluri din partea clientior,

prevenirea viitoarelor situatii restante,

informarea clientilor cu privire la necesitatea de a achita si a consecintelor in caz de neplata;

stabilirea planurilor de rambursare si a promisiunilor de plata;

oferirea de informatii si explicatii corecte clientilor, in vederea recuperarea datoriilor de la client cat si comunicarea procedurilor de colectare;

Urmareste in discutia cu clientii sa identifice/profileze cat mai corect riscul de neplata al fiecarui client si inregistreaza informatiile obtinute in aplicatia de lucru;

In interactiunile cu clientii are o abordare proactiva de identificare de solutii complete si corecte pentru achitarea la timp a debitelor cat si pentru prevenirea viitoarelor situatii de neplata;

Aplica tehnici de negociere adecvate profilului clientului in scopul recuperarii integrale a sumelor restante, mentinand o atitudine empatica si acordand atentie sporita experientei clientului ING;

Asigura pastrarea confidetialitatii privind toate conturile si politicile bancii;

Asigura mentinerea fluxului de informare intre colegi si supervizor;

Ofera feed-back la timp si in mod constant cu privire la cazurile speciale intalnite in activitatea zilnica.

Diploma de licenta, preferabil in Economie;

Minimum 1 an de experienta in Call Center sau in agentiile de colectare reprezinta un avantaj;

Atitudine pozitiva, de incredere, flexibil, creativ, profesionist si cu atitudine cooperanta;

Bune aptitudini de negociere;

Focus pe atingerea rezutatelor si spirit analitic;

Bun coechipier, disciplinat si responsabil;

Foarte bune cunstinte de limba Engleza;

Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint.
