Role Overview:

Diversey, a Solenis Company, is looking for a Credit & Collection Specialist who speaks French and English to join their team in Romania. This is a great opportunity to become an integral part of the Credit & Collections team with room for growth and development within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor orders and decide whether to release or hold them.
• Monitor accounts for overdue debts.
• Investigate historical data for each debt or unpaid bill.
• Contact debtors to arrange debt payoffs.
• Maintain accurate records and report on collection activity.
• Proactively encourage timely payments from customers.
• Process payments and resolve billing issues.
• Address customer credit issues.
• Create reports on collection activity and accounts receivable status.
• Achieve monthly and yearly Key Business Indicators (KBIs).
• Coach junior collection specialists.
• Perform other tasks as required by the company.

Requirements:

• 2 years of collections experience (nice-to-have)
• 1-2 years of SAP experience
• Proficiency in French and English (B2+ level)
• Basic to intermediate skills in Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPS, pivot tables)
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain good customer relationships
• Excellent communication skills
• Multi-tasking ability with a results-oriented mindset
• Attention to detail
• Ability to manage high volumes of work efficiently
• Fast learner, eager to grow

Note: The working schedule is Monday-Friday from 14:30 to 23:30.
