We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Staff Accountant to join our team in Cluj-Napoca︂︁︅︂︋︄︊︂︆︄︅︁︁︌︈︂︇︍︈︆︅︊︄︈︌︊︂

Requirements:

  • University degree in Accounting/Economics/Finance
  • 2-3 years of previous experience in Accounting/Finance in a multinational environment
  • Proficient in using MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Experience in using accounting software
  • Very good both verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Well organized and detail-oriented
  • Accurate and problem-solving orientation skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team

Job responsibilities:

Maintaining Financial Records

  • Recording transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring all financial data is accurate and up-to-date
  • Inspect account books for efficiency and accuracy

Reconciling Accounts

  • Compare and verify the accuracy of financial records, such as bank statements and general ledger accounts
  • Ensure correct cost center entries

Assisting with Audits

  • Gather information and prepare documentation for internal and external audits
