Ce cautam :

Absolvent de studii superioare cu profil economic;

Bune cunostinte de practica contabila si fiscala;

Cunostinte de operare calculator: Windows, MSOffice;

Abilităţi de organizare, sistematizare şi prioritizare;

Capacitate de asimilare şi procesare a informaţiilor;

Bune cunostinte a programelor Saga C, Saga PS, Nexus si Winmentor Enterprise;

Cunostinte intocmire INTRASTAT, obtinere cod UIT;

Capacitatea de a lucra în echipă, sociabilitate şi atitudine pozitivă.

Responsabilități:

Evidenta contabila pentru un portofoliu de clienti din diverse domenii de activitate, inclusiv partida simpla, asociatii, cu ajutorul programului SAGA, NEXUS si WINMENTOR ENTERPRISE .

Aceasta include:

-prelucrarea documentelor primare;

-intocmire/verificare balanta lunara;

-intocmirea si depunerea declaratiilor fiscale si a situatiilor financiare/raportari contabile cu respectarea termenelor legale;

-monitorizare, analiza si consultanta/asistenta financiar-contabila pentru clienti;

-participare la audituri, expertize, controale.

Aptitudini si calificari:

  • experienta de minimum 2 ani intr-o firma de contabilitate reprezinta un avantaj
  • aptitudini excelente de comunicare verbală și scrisă
  • organizare, responsabilitate si atitudine pozitiva
  • dorinta de invatare si spirit de echipa
