We are an advisory firm active in the investment universe, from education to tailored financing solutions. Our team guides entrepreneurs and corporations through complex investments and transactions, providing expert financial analysis and strategic advice to unlock value and fuel growth. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team.

Role Summary

As a Financial Analyst, you will be a crucial member of our deal teams, providing analytical support across a diverse range of financing, capital raises and M&A projects. You'll work closely with senior associates to develop financial models, conduct in-depth company and industry research and prepare client-facing materials that drive key strategic decisions. This role offers direct exposure to all phases of the transaction lifecycle.

Hybrid work environment with 3-4 office days, depending on the tasks at hand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Modeling & Valuation:
    Develop, build and maintain financial models and forecasts, including Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) and comparable company/transaction analyses.
  • Due Diligence:
    Perform financial and commercial due diligence on target companies, identifying key risks and opportunities.
  • Market Research:
    Conduct thorough industry and company research to identify potential acquisition targets, financing partners, and market trends.
  • Material Preparation:
    Create high-impact materials, including investment memorandums, management presentations, pitch books, and board-level analyses.
  • Transaction Support:
    Assist in the day-to-day execution of M&A and debt financing mandates, from origination to closing.
  • Client Interaction:
    Support client communication and help manage relationships with various stakeholders throughout the transaction process.
  • Support will be given by the senior partners on all aspects of the project cycle.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related quantitative field.
  • Experience:
    1-3 years of relevant experience in audit, investment banking, M&A advisory, private equity or transaction services. Experience with the Romanian Accounting Standards.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Knowledge in

  • Experience with financial and company data mining is valued.
  • Analytical Mindset:
    Exceptional quantitative, analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Communication:
    Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, concise insights.
  • Work Ethic:
    A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects.
