// Previous paralegal experience is considered an advantage;
// Strong verbal and written communication skills;

// File and archive company documentation, including contracts, PoAs, training forms, etc.;
// Assist the team in drafting, negotiation and supervision of contracts;
// Manage, create, update contract annexes and addenda, draft termination notices;
// Offer support in management of compliance trainings and internal procedures;
// Draft & review legal internal documents (resolutions, minutes etc.);
// Draft correspondence & notifications to public or private institutions;
// Perform legal research and follow-ups on legislative changes.
