Do you love storytelling through fast-paced, high-impact visuals?

We're looking for a
creative and detail-driven Video Editor
to help transform cinematic and TV content into short, addictive mobile experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Review AI-generated micro-episodes and refine them for clarity, pacing, and storytelling.
  • Edit full-length episodes into short-form clips (45 sec – 2 min) optimized for vertical format (9:16).
  • Add strong hooks, emotional beats, and cliffhangers to each snip.
  • Correct AI mistakes and make creative framing decisions for vertical storytelling.
  • Collaborate with content and product teams to align edits with platform standards.
  • Deliver Premiere project files / MP4 exports on schedule.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of professional editing experience on scripted series, reality shows, or films.
  • Strong storytelling instincts and sense of pacing.
  • Advanced Adobe Premiere Pro skills (Auto Reframe, etc.).
  • Ability to condense long-form into short, coherent episodes.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, deadline-driven.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with vertical platforms (TikTok, Reels, Shorts).
  • Background in trailers, promos, or digital-first content.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted editing workflows.
  • Basic motion graphics / VFX skills.
  • Experience in a startup environment.
