We are looking for Senior Digital Client Coordinators / Account Managers for our team that works to innovate and personalize all digital communication campaigns.

Omniperform does not offer relocation support for now.

Omniperform Agency is one of the first digital personalized communications agencies, located in Bucharest. We specialize in generating tailored communication campaigns, so the brands working with us get better results by becoming more relevant to their consumers.
Our objective is to innovate using our technology to match our brands' campaigns with their customers' needs by adapting the right message throughout the entire communication process.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Digital Client Coordinator / Account Manager at Omniperform Agency. The role is primarily located in Bucharest, with flexibility for remote work (on Monday and Friday). As a Digital Client Coordinator / Account Manager, your day-to-day tasks will involve ensuring customer satisfaction, managing communication with clients, providing excellent customer service, and utilizing strong organizational skills to oversee the customer experience.
Qualifications & Responsibilities
- Strong digital marketing and advertising knowledge
- Proven customer satisfaction and customer service skills
- Effective communication skills and organizational skills: familiarity and understanding of National Consumer Campaigns, contracts, addendums, media plans, budgeting;
- Experience in managing customer relationships
- Proven ability to coordinate and manage projects: familiarity working with teams in Asana, Microsoft To-Do, Monday, Meistertask, or any other project management tool
- Proven ability to launch a National Consumer Campaign or manage a yearly digital client communication plan;
- Excellent knowledge of digital marketing strategies and techniques: up to date with all digital trends and actions that a brand has to do to stand out in the online environment;
- Ability to adapt to evolving industry trends;
- Additional languages spoken are a plus.
- Proof of AI-usage and understanding to solve tasks.
