What you will be doing at Evalueserve:
As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and internal stakeholders. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth administrative operations and supporting various departments with essential tasks.
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including packing and coordination with courier companies.
- Organize and support the execution of company events (internal and external).
- Maintain and update internal documentation and trackers.
- Collect invoices related to administrative purchases, ensure proper approvals are obtained, and coordinate with the Finance team for further processing.
- Manage the travel desk and ensure timely support for employee travel needs.
- Coordinate business travel arrangements in collaboration with our third-party travel vendor.
- Facilitate the creation and distribution of business cards for employees.
- Maintain office supplies inventory (stationery, protocol items, and materials for organized activities).
- Coordinate external cleaning personnel to ensure proper service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve administrative issues.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and safety regulations.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Assist with document archiving and inventory tracking.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Previous experience in administration, secretarial work, or front desk roles is a plus.
- Dynamic, proactive, and self-driven personality.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Strong MS Office skills (especially Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and time management abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Professional demeanor and customer-oriented attitude.
