Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

• Discover the work of a product owner in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment.
• Work closely with one or several product owners, developers, designers, and QAs to assist in providing clarification on product features and requirements.
• Collaborate with the product management team to understand product vision, goals, and requirements.
• Learn about the latest trends, technologies, and product best practices in the betting industry.
• Participate in sprint refinement, planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives and sprint reviews to ensure team alignment and progress.
• Facilitate effective communication between the development team and the stakeholders. Act as a bridge to convey project updates, progress, and any potential roadblocks.
• Assist in writing and refining user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
• Help prioritize the product backlog based on business value and customer needs.
• Assist in conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) and validating the product's functionality.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.

Skills, Capabilities & Experience Required

• Having or pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines).
• Excellent command in spoken and written English.
• Strong interest in product management and software development.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development processes is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform decisions.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proactive, curious and self-driven attitude, with a desire to learn and grow.
