Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
- Define and Maintain Product Requirements
- Collaborate with Product Owner to shape the product vision and roadmap.
- Translate business needs into detailed Product Features and User Stories.
- Ensure stories are prioritized and aligned with business and technical goals.
- Agile Delivery Support
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, retrospectives, reviews).
- Be the point of contact for requirement clarifications and backlog grooming during sprints.
- Adapt to the agreed ways of working and delivery model specific to the client/project.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
- Ensure transparency and alignment between business requirements and delivery priorities.
- Support internal coordination to ensure E2E coverage and story readiness.
- Technical Awareness
- Demonstrate understanding of front-end, back-end, and API layers.
- Identify system dependencies and support developers and architects with clear requirements.
- Participate in technical discussions to ensure feasibility and completeness.
- Documentation and Tools
- Maintain documentation using Confluence and related tools.
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams where applicable and support with process diagrams (e.g., ).
- Track and manage backlog using Azure DevOps (or equivalent tool).
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in Agile/SAFe environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Good understanding of system architecture (front-end, back-end, APIs)
- Experience with tools such as Confluence, Azure DevOps,
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing client and project needs
Nice-to-Have
- Experience working with UX/UI teams
- Experience in multi-vendor or enterprise-level environments
- Exposure to complex integration projects or microservice-based systems
Soft Skills
- Proactive, autonomous, and delivery-oriented mindset
- Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of managing competing priorities
