AIESEC is the world's largest students organization, present in over 100 countries, providing international internship and work experiences for people seeking practical skills in a diverse and challenging global environment.

This opportunity is located in Ankara, Türkiye, at Metaform, a technology company founded in 2005 and specialized in Artificial Intelligence R&D, Business Ecosystem Management, and Business Intelligence solutions. Metaform has collaborated on numerous award-winning e-Government projects and works with clients such as TÜRKSAT, HAVELSAN, and Volkswagen Group.

Metaform is currently looking for a Software Developer who will help create internal programs to improve business efficiency and develop systems that can be commercialized. This role offers hands-on experience in software engineering and collaboration in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Research, design, implement, and manage software programs
  • Test and evaluate new software
  • Identify areas for modification in existing programs and develop improvements
  • Write and implement efficient code
  • Determine operational practicality
  • Develop quality assurance procedures
  • Deploy software tools, processes, and metrics
  • Maintain and upgrade existing systems
  • Train users
  • Work closely with developers, UX designers, business analysts, and system analysts

Qualifications:

  • Background: Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering, Software Development and Programming (Bachelor required) and recently graduated
  • Skills: Java, Python, Scala
  • Languages: English and German (both required)
  • Visa: Visa required – AIESEC provides guidance.
