We are looking for:

A passionate, enthusiastic, and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist with an "eagle eye" for recognizing talent, able to tell our story to the world and act as an adviser to the remarkable people he finds, engages, and guides through the hiring process. You will have the opportunity to be part of a cool and highly experienced team, eager to understand the profiles, challenges and technologies in the technology industry. And above all you will be a key player on strategic People Projects while interacting with diverse team members from other HR functions, marketing and business to define creative and innovate recruitment strategies

What you must have:

  • 5-8 years of experience in recruitment field and with talent search techniques;
  • Minimum 3 years in IT recruiting;
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills;
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent time management and tasks prioritization skills;
  • A mindset characterized by ambition, responsibility, integrity and team spirit;
  • English proficiency (both spoken and written);

What you will do:

  • Searching and recruiting the right professionals with various IT&C profiles for our team;
  • Proactively explore new, creative, and unique ways of sourcing candidates by means of the internet, social media, and other on-line channels;
  • Interacting closely with other departments;
  • Building strong networks to find qualified candidates;
  • Interviewing candidates and evaluate their skills accurately;
  • Keeping the recruitment documentation updated.
