As we expand our outsourcing and staff augmentation footprint, we're looking for a
Talent Acquisition Specialist who's more than a recruiter,
someone who
architects hiring strategies, advises stakeholders with confidence, and always knows where the talent is hiding
.

What you will do

Sourcing & Research

  • Become the talent radar
    , spotting engineers before they even think about changing jobs, using every channel that works.
  • Design sourcing strategies like a strategist
    , not a recruiter, more tailored to each client, tech stack, and market reality.
  • Keep the talent pipeline alive and breathing
    , building long-term relationships for recurring outsourcing roles instead of doing one-off hunts.

Recruitment & Process Management

  • Own the full recruitment journey,
    from first contact to offer stage with the precision of a project manager.
  • Run structured HR interviews that candidates remember
    , assessing not just skills, but mindset, maturity, and alignment with client expectations.
  • Team up with Hiring Managers, Account Managers, and Delivery Leads
    to decode project needs, timelines, and technical must-haves and translate them into winning candidate profiles.
  • Champion transparency
    by managing feedback cycles, keeping everyone aligned, and ensuring the process moves fast and efficiently.

Outsourcing & Client Collaboration

  • Navigate outsourcing models like a pro,
    staff augmentation, team extensions, project-based delivery and know when each fits.
  • Pitch candidates to clients with clarity and impact
    , turning CVs into compelling stories that showcase expertise, relevance, and business value.
  • Join client calls as a strategic partner
    , not an observer, asking the right questions, challenging assumptions, and ensuring full alignment.
  • Guard the quality bar ruthlessly
    , ensuring every profile submitted reflects 's standards for enterprise-level partnerships.

Internal Coordination

  • Collaborate seamlessly across Delivery, HR, Sales, and Finance
    , ensuring no delays, no misalignments, and no broken processes.
  • Keep the internal ecosystem clean and organized -
    ATS, trackers, interview notes, reports, everything updated, accurate, and audit-ready.
  • Be a culture catalyst
    , bringing energy, clarity, and efficiency into every interaction within the team.

Qualifications

  • Real IT recruitment battlefield experience,
    2–4+ years hunting,
    evaluating, and winning over top tech talent in outsourcing/consulting environments.
  • Sourcing skills,
    you know where to find Java, DevOps, Cloud, Data, QA, or Frontend engineers even when the market says they "don't exist."
  • Full-cycle recruitment ownership,
    you run the process from first message to offer acceptance like a well-designed product.
  • Tech-savvy mindset,
    you can talk microservices, cloud stacks, CI/CD, and data pipelines without blinking, and candidates trust your understanding.
  • Enterprise client maturity,
    you know how to manage expectations, push back diplomatically, and still deliver high-quality profiles.
  • English fluency,
    C-level conversation ready, candidate-friendly, and polished in writing.
  • High integrity & accountability,
    when you say you'll deliver, you do and with premium quality.
