The Technical Support provides technical support for the pre-sales & after-sales services in order to implement GEWISS solutions & products within the projects.
Responsabilities:
- Apply company policies and strategy
- Provide technical support to clients (wholesalers, electricians, end-users) via email/phone
- Creates, analyzes and finalizes the technical & commercial offers for the clients (using AutoCAD/DIALux)
- Analyze competitor offers and optimize GEWISS solutions
- Provides the technical datasheets and product's certifications to the specific customers/partners
- Respond to client inquiries and meet offer submission deadlines
- Suggest process and offer preparation improvements
- Collaborate with Product Managers on complex offers
- Support corporate projects and adhere to management deadlines
Skills:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in technical consultant (focus on electrical sales)
- University degree or High school – Electrical Engineering – preferred
- Soft skills: time management, communication, problem solving
- Software knowledge: Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), AutoCAD, DIALux
- Ability to create and interpret technical plans and diagrams
- English: Medium
