The Technical Support provides technical support for the pre-sales & after-sales services in order to implement GEWISS solutions & products within the projects.

Responsabilities:

  • Apply company policies and strategy
  • Provide technical support to clients (wholesalers, electricians, end-users) via email/phone
  • Creates, analyzes and finalizes the technical & commercial offers for the clients (using AutoCAD/DIALux)
  • Analyze competitor offers and optimize GEWISS solutions
  • Provides the technical datasheets and product's certifications to the specific customers/partners
  • Respond to client inquiries and meet offer submission deadlines
  • Suggest process and offer preparation improvements
  • Collaborate with Product Managers on complex offers
  • Support corporate projects and adhere to management deadlines

Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in technical consultant (focus on electrical sales)
  • University degree or High school – Electrical Engineering – preferred
  • Soft skills: time management, communication, problem solving
  • Software knowledge: Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), AutoCAD, DIALux
  • Ability to create and interpret technical plans and diagrams
  • English: Medium
