Role Summary:
We're looking for an experienced Digital Product Experience designer who brings both critical thinking and hands-on craft to help translate sophisticated financial products and complex ideas into seamless, human-centred solutions. You'll play a lead role in refining concepts, validating ideas, and ensuring our tools work intuitively for a wide variety of users and contexts.

This is about crafting how people interact with sophisticated technology in ways that are consistent, thoughtful, effective, and empowering. You'll be a key player in evolving how clients connect with our innovative financial and analytics solutions across industry platforms and environments, including those powered by AI, cloud, and data technologies. As a key member of our high-performing Client Insight & Engagement team, you'll help shape outstanding digital and channel integration experiences across our growing portfolio of Analytics solutions. You'll be passionate about making our products intuitive, relevant, and impactful, putting customer needs at the centre of everything we build.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Work closely with product and technology teams to ensure new features or tools are introduced in a way that fits naturally within the overall experience.
  • Help compose how new capabilities are integrated across channels and digital touchpoints, making sure they feel intuitive, consistent, and easy to use from start to finish.
  • Identify potential friction points in journeys and processes and recommend improvements that balance user needs with business and technical considerations.
  • Create a consistent experience across channels, ensuring flows across systems, screens, or services feel smooth, logical, and purposeful.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test, validate, and iterate new experiences before they launch, reducing risk and increasing adoption.
  • Advocate for joined-up thinking in how products and services come together, so clients experience a clear, coherent offering regardless of where or how they engage.

What You'll Bring:

  • Product insight and design skills – Ability to distil complex systems into simple, meaningful experiences—especially within technology-heavy or back-office environments.
  • Collaboration and communication – Comfortable working with partners across different fields and geographies, bringing expertise, clarity and energy to team discussions.
  • User-first attitude – A strong sense of empathy and a passion for creating solutions that are practical, accessible, and genuinely valuable to the people who use them.
  • Execution focus – Able to balance big-picture thinking with close attention to detail. You can prioritise, manage deadlines, and deliver clear outcomes in fast-paced settings.
  • Industry experience – While experience in financial services or regulated industries is a plus, what matters most is your ability to work with complex data, systems, and tools. Exposure to technologies (like API, IDEs, AI, APIs, or cloud platforms) is highly desirable. Experience applying AI in your process or outputs will set you apart
