What we're looking for
We are looking for a new enthusiastic colleague to join the team Finance Solutions and Data Services inside Orange Services Romania. The role of RSE Solutions Support Engineer is to provide assistance and support to users within Orange group, acting as the main point of contact for Sweep - sustainability data platform solution . Below requirements describe an ideal role/mix, however we strongly value the person before us and his/her unique set of skills
What you'll be doing
Acts as Level 1 support via Jira, email and other applications/tools for issues raised by users (including user creation)
- Provides support for any questions related to Sweep application
- Acts as an expert in their area, communicates identified issues with the team, and, if necessary, logs tickets with the solution provider.
- Tracks tickets logged with the solution provider, communicates the status internally and to the application users, follows through until case resolution, and informs them accordingly.
- Prioritizes the back log of the development team, writing user stories, following the sprints schedule
- Analyzes, verifies, and documents cases, and drives resolution by contacting relevant teams depending on the situation.
- Ensures the interface with the project manager to allow implementation of evolutions into the application
• Runs monitoring reports, analyzes data, and proposes improvement measures. - Reproduces the steps performed by users to investigate potential bugs, communicates the reproduced steps to the technical team to optimize verification time, and maintains communication with users to update them on case resolution status.
- Proposes solutions to improve existing processes, both within the team and at the business level.
- Identifies and reports potential risks related to support activities or tools.
- Ensures the creation of working procedures in their area of activity and participates in the creation or maintenance of other operational and administrative documents.
What you need to know/have
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Previous experience in IT application support (minimum 1 year)
- Knowledge of business processes in the area of CSR (e.g., carbon footprint calculation) is an advantage Fluent in English and French
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Strong analytical skills
- Curious and eager to explore processes and technical challenges to find solutions
- Autonomous, rigorous, and well-organized
