  • Minim 2 ani experienţă în Retail / Vânzări / Fashion ;
  • Experiență în coordonare echipe de vanzari / retail ;
  • Capacitatea de a gestiona momentele tensionate cu clienții în perioadele aglomerate;
  • Bune abilități dе comunicare, relationare, planificare, organizare;
  • Orientare către client și abilități de negociere;
  • Foarte motivat și orientat spre rezultate;
  • Limba engleza - nivel conversational;
  • Pasiune pentru fashion. Experiență în industria de fashion & beauty constituie un avantaj;

Responsabilitățile tale vor fi:

  • Vei gestiona relațiile cu clienții critici în scopul facilitării procesului de vanzare;
  • Vei gestiona nivelul stocurilor și vei lua decizii cheie cu privire la controlul stocurilor;
  • Vei organiza promoții speciale și evenimente;
  • Vei gestiona toate costurile controlabile pentru a menține rentabilitatea operațiunilor;
  • Vei conduce echipa spre performanta cu scopul atingerii obiectivelor magazinului prin:
  • Stabilirea de obiective pe termen scurt, atat pentru echipa cât și individuale;
  • Motivarea, instruirea, dezvoltarea și organizarea subordonaților direcți în vederea îndeplinirii obiectivelor;
