  • Studii Superioare - Facultatea de Construcții;
  • Experientă minim 3 ani intr-un rol de Cost controller - Proiecte HG 1/2018;
  • Cunoștințe bune de MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) și AutoCad;
  • Limbă engleză - nivel conversațional;
  • Foarte bune abilități de organizare și atenție la detalii.

Responsabilitati

  • Asigurarea evidenței proiectului în raport cu valoarea contractului și bugetul alocat (SIL-uri, beneficiar și subcontractori), monitorizarea totalului executat, a restului de executat și a sumelor rămase de achitat;
  • Estimarea costurilor reale ale unui proiect, având ca bază cele mai recente informații din proiectare, servicii contractate, situația reală din șantier, analizele de risc și cererile suplimentare din partea clientului;
  • Pregătirea bugetelor, alocarea cosurilor pe centrele de cost și urmărirea bugetelor;
  • Controlul costurilor/Monitorizarea costurilor: comparații lunare între costurile reale și cele estimate pe baza previziunilor stabilite, interpretarea acestor comparații și urmărirea obiectivelor financiare ale companiei;
  • Monitorizarea si evaluarea performanței reale/estimate a activităților principale pe șantier, monitorizarea consumului real/estimat al materialelor și compararea performanței reale/estimate a furnizorilor de servicii și echipamente cu standardele stabilite;
  • Pregătirea rapoartelor lunare de șantier împreună cu echipa de management al proiectului, urmărind KPI-uri, analiza valorii realizate, previziuni.
