Căutăm un Cost Controller cu experiență în proiecte de construcții (HG 1/2018), care își dorește să contribuie real la buna derulare a proiectelor, printr-un control riguros al costurilor și o privire atentă asupra fiecărui detaliu.

Vei fi responsabil(ă) de:

– Monitorizarea bugetelor și situațiilor de lucrări (beneficiar / subcontractori)

– Estimarea costurilor reale și compararea lor cu bugetul planificat

– Analiza lunară a costurilor și pregătirea rapoartelor de progres

– Evaluarea performanței activităților și a consumului de resurse

Căutăm pe cineva cu:

– Studii în construcții (preferabil civile)

– Cel puțin 3 ani experiență într-un rol de Cost Controller

– Cunoștințe solide de Excel și AutoCAD

– Răbdare, atenție la detalii și capacitatea de a aduce claritate acolo unde cifrele devin complicate
